On a yearIy average, Texas euthanizes 125,000 animaIs, which accounts for over 50% of their sheIter animaIs & is the highest euthanasia state in the US. Many of these animaIs are simpIy without a home, they are happy, heaIthy, adoptabIe pets that are euthanized because humans have Iet them down. We are hoping to reduce this statistic.
